Colin Jackson has been forecasting the weather on television for more than 20 years.  As an AMS-Certified Meteorologist, Colin has worked at TV stations in Reno, Sacramento, Fresno, and Bakersfield, as well as San Antonio and Austin, TX.

 

Over the years, Colin has seen it all -- covering severe weather like hurricanes, tornadoes, and flash flooding in San Antonio and Austin -- and forecasting Tule fog and agriculture freeze warnings in Fresno.

Colin enjoys doing live shots, and also has experience in environmental, feature, and general assignment reporting.

He is an avid skier, a huge hockey fan, and plays piano, drums, and guitar.   Colin is married and has two children who also love the outdoors, fishing, and camping.
